Payment Method: The Box Office accepts cash, local checks, money orders, traveller's checks, MasterCard and VISA. Telephone, fax and online reservations must be paid for with a credit card at time of purchase. Discounts: In addition to multi-show discounts, the Oshkosh Opera House Foundation offers additional discounts to 2007-08 Season events (excluding special events). These discounts do not apply to spotlight events. Only one discount can be used per ticket order - discounts cannot be combined. All discounts must be mentioned to the Box Office staff at time of purchase. No refund will be given after tickets are purchased. Groups: For most events, discounts are available for groups of 10 or more when no other discounts apply. Senior Citizens: Patrons 62 years of age and older are eligible for a discount to 2007-08 Season events when no other discounts apply. Student Discounts: College and high school students are eligible for a discount to 2007-08 Season events when no other discounts apply. Student Rush: Students may also purchase 1/2 price tickets beginning one hour prior to 2007-08 Season events. A student ID is required. As with all discounts, Student Rush discount cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.One Student Rush ticket per student, per ID. Youth: Discounts for Youth (12 & under) are available within the Family Series performances in our 2007-08 Season. Corporate Event Sponsor Discount: The Oshkosh Opera House Foundation offers a 25% discount for employees of 2007-08 Season event corporate sponsors when no other discounts apply. The corporate discount can be used only for the 2007-08 Season event that your employer is sponsoring. Gift Certificates: Grand Opera House gift certificates can be used to purchase tickets for any event at The Grand sold through our Box Office. Please note that gift certificates can currently only be redeemed in person or through the mail. Refund Policy All sales are final unless a performance is cancelled. All programs, dates, times and prices are subject to change. There is a $1.00 per ticket replacement fee for lost tickets. Ticket Donations If you are unable to attend a 2007-08 Season Performance, the donation of your tickets is appreciated and can be acknowledged for income tax purposes if requested. To receive donation recognition, tickets must be returned to the Grand Opera House Box Office a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. We are sorry; tickets for Spotlight Events may not be donated.
