Payment Method:
The Box Office accepts cash, local checks, money orders, traveller's checks, MasterCard and VISA. Telephone, fax and online reservations must be paid for with a credit card at time of purchase.
Ticket Policy:
All programs, dates, times and prices are subject to change. Lost tickets can be reprinted one hour prior to show time for a fee of $1 per ticket.
Ticket Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final unless a performance is cancelled, with the following exceptions: exchanges are allowed within a single performance, or within a performance run of the same event, providing that tickets are returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the initial event. These exch anges will incur a $1 per ticket charge. Please contact the Box Office for all requirements, exce ptions and conditions for exchanges.
2010-11 donors a nd package purchasers may exchange tickets from one Season event to another providing that tickets are returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the initial event, without incurring a fee. This benefit does not apply to Special Events or Spot light Events.
Gift Certificates:
Grand Opera House gift certificates are a great gift idea for anyone who enjoys the performing arts! Our certificates are good toward any ticket sold through our Box Office. You can choose to have them mailed to yourself, or sent directly to the gift recipient. A gift envelope is included with each certificate.
Gift certificates can be purchased in person at the Grand Opera House Box Office or by phone at 920-424-2350.
Grand Opera House Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may only be redeemed for performance tickets sold through the Grand Opera House Box Office. Cash back on certificates may not exceed $4.99 -- a combination of gift certificates and cash will be issued for a balance of $5.00 or more. We will replace lost certificates only if the Certificate number and dollar value is provided to us, so please keep a record of your certificate value and number.
Discounts:
Please mention any applicable discounts to the Box Office when purchasing tickets. Discounts may be available for certain levels of Annual Fund donors, Multi-show purchasers, Senior Citizens (62+), Students, Youth (12 & under) and Groups (10 or more). Applicable discounts vary per performance, are not valid for previously purchased tickets and cannot by combined. For more information, please contact the Grand Opera House Box Office. Discounts do not apply to Spotlight events.
